Call time is deducted in 1 plus 3 minute increments. Service fees of up to 28% will apply and a call duration fee of up to $.39 will apply per call. Calls placed to mobile telephones may be billed at a higher rate. When using a toll free number from a payphone a $.90 per call surcharge will apply. A weekly fee of $.69 will apply. Application of surcharges and fees will have the effect of reducing total minutes available if not used in a single call. Cards are not returnable or exchangeable and have no cash redemption value.
